long have you worked at Scrive?
I just passed the three years mark, which feels crazy because it felt like it was yesterday I went on my first interview at Scrive.
Why did you start at Scrive?
Before I started working at Scrive I was quite lost career wise and didn’t know what my next step would be, so I wrote down three companies that matched what I was looking for and that I would approach, Scrive was one of them. A couple of weeks later a recruiter called and asked if I would be interested in applying for a job at Scrive. So I guess it was ment to be?!
How would you describe yourself as a manager?
Though question… I really strive at being transparent and inclusive. It’s super important to me that everyone feels that they are contributing and know what we are doing and why. I work to make everyone in the team feel that they “own” their respective area and that I trust their judgment. And, of course, I make sure that it’s fun to come to work!
How would you describe your team?
Smart, energetic and fun. We are a team of very different personalities that enjoy working with each other.
Why choose Scrive?
The number one thing is that it’s a great team that really makes sure that everyone feels welcomed. And on top of that it’s probably the most exciting career opportunity one could have!
Let’s recruit together and find your next colleague.
