“Obsessed about our customers, passionate about building the right solutions, and committed to seeing it through”
Martin, VP Product Management
You will be a part of…
...an international environment with offices around Europe with our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. You will join a fast and innovative environment and be part of an entrepreneurial and great-positioned company, growing at an exciting pace. Scrive is filled with caring, smart and passionate people. We care about each other and always strive for the better, both for the company’s and the employee’s development. Our aim is, that a few years from now, you will be able to say; “We did that, I was a part of the Scrive Story.”
We’re expanding in many local markets including Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway and Germany, and have more plans across Europe, hence we need to scale up our Product team. As a Product Manager within Scrive you will primarily be responsible for one of our products, Scrive GO, a 100% digitalisation but 0% integration tool that brings the power of eSign and eIDs to your business, fast.
One of your early challenges will be to take ownership of this product, including all aspects and get the foundations in place for scalability and success; what features we develop, pricing, marketing and support material and above all, the future roadmap and how this fits into the bigger picture at Scrive. You will be able to make a direct impact on how Scrive grows, and will be joining an energetic, passionate and dedicated team of fellow Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Analysts and Product Marketing all in one cross functional crew.
In your everyday work, you will:
Make strategic decisions on the product roadmap
Gather, evaluate, design and plan product development (backlog)
Ensure predictability and processes are place for successful product development, and importantly that we focus on the right priorities
Evaluate, recommend and execute pricing strategies
Create and map user stories, personas, and storyboards
Support and champion local revenue teams to be successful
Prepare resources and support marketing to create meaningful content
Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis in actionable ways
Who you are
Since we are on a journey where we will scale up our product team it’s important that you are structured and able to organize your work effectively. You are a creative soul that is eager to take initiatives and you don’t hesitate to change or come up with new suggestions.
Enjoy managing ambiguity and have the ability to get ‘hands on’
A fire within to make a difference, solution seeker, not problem picker
You might not have been a Product Manager by title, but you sure know what it means to be one - maybe doing the job and not even realised!
Experience of working with product management teams, their roadmaps, sprint & backlog planning and customer & market insight levers
High energy, passionate with exceptional relationship building skills, but you have an eye for the details and able to work with senior stakeholders
Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge in Swedish is beneficial but not required
Big bonus points if you have previous experience of:
Experience within the eSign or eID market - better still, you know Scrive!
You’ve worked in sales teams and know how to translate quick wins without breaking the roadmap; configuration not customisation
Our selection process is continuous, and the advert may close before the recruitment process is completed if we have moved forward to the screening or interview phase.
