Scrive is now recruiting a Desktop Support Engineer. The role primarily involves development, administration and support of desktop computers, mobile devices and office infrastructure to support Scrive business operations.
JAMF Pro skills are required to leverage automation for devices including OS and third party update management, zero-touch environment and other automation/workflow improvements to support the business.
Scrive maintains networks in its offices and familiarity with setup and troubleshooting network equipment (Ubiquiti Wi-Fi & generic switches) and associated issues on end-user devices is necessary.
This role involves supporting local and remote employees with computer and mobile device support issues from the Stockholm office. Currently the majority of the company use Apple devices to perform their daily activities.
There are a one or two Windows machines within the company
which may require occasional minimal support
You will also work with:
- On-boarding & off-boarding employee accounts and devices
- Managing permissions in various systems
- Assisting in IT projects and support issues
- Purchasing of devices/accessories from suppliers
- Mentoring less experienced team members

parts of the business can understand. Scrive is a rapidly growing organisation that deploys new technology rapidly, and as such it is important that you are keen and
eager to learn and adopt new skills and technologies.
We expect you to have the following competencies:
- Excellent macOS/iOS/tvOS support knowledge
- JAMF Pro experience - JAMF Protect/Connect a bonus!
- Azure AD or similar IDP
- Entry level scripting (bash and/or zsh)
- Desktop oriented Linux knowledge
- Excellent written and spoken English
Bonus points for any of the following:
- Beginner level Swift/Xcode
- Google Workspaces administration
- JIRA/Confluence management
