You will join a growing Business Operations team that today includes a Salesforce Administrator & User Trainer, a Marketing Operations Specialist, a Financial Operations Specialist and a Salesforce Functional Consultant. You will be located at our HQ in Stockholm and report to our Head of Business Operations that is also located in Stockholm.
Your challenge We are currently looking to hire a driven & ambitious Sales Operations Specialist to join our team, you will be instrumental in providing insightful data analysis to help drive sales performance and profit objectives.
In your everyday work, you will be:
Organizing data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
Attainment planning through effective goal setting, support sales incentives designed to drive business objectives and vertical analysis & definition for sales effectiveness.
Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.
Coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Who you are To succeed in the role as Sales Operations Specialist, you must have following qualifications:
A university degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
2-4 years relevant sales experience, preferable within a tech company.
Experienced at Salesforce reports and dashboards, Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau and strong capabilities in Excel will be an advantage.
You possess an analytical mind, as well as a strong commercial acumen.
You are proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
