The Partner Sales team within Scrive works together with various external partners to drive revenue for Scrive. The team works with acquiring new partners as well as developing business with existing ones, to drive partner sales through Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) as well as partner referral leads into the sales organization.
You will be located at our HQ in Stockholm but we apply a flexible work model, and you report to VP of Channel.
Your challenge As Partner Team Lead Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading a group of Partner Sales Managers with a common goal to grow a number of strategic partners across Europe. You will also carry a number of accounts of your own, to acquire and develop business with.
In your everyday work, you will:
Lead a team of up to 5 Partner Sales Managers.
Set clear team and individual goals, to drive focus and success.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics regularly to the VP of Channel.
Perform regular performance follow-ups with team members, and coach them to support their growth.
Support VP Channel with yearly evaluation of individual performance
Be the primary contact for your own portfolio of existing strategic Scrive partners.
Lead new partner acquisition by identifying and reaching out to potential strategic partners.
Work cross functionally with various internal teams to support and develop strong partner relationships.
Set up and regularly follow up on annual partner business plans.
Who you are To succeed in the role as Team Lead Partner Sales Manager, you must have following qualifications:
Experience in driving value based international sales with mid to large enterprise companies, through channel or direct sales.
Experience working with Partner C-level stakeholders
Thrive in a team-oriented environment, and enjoy working cross-functionally with internal teams to expand our growth with partners
Great communication and leadership skills
Understanding of performance metrics
Great time-management and prioritization skills
Big bonus points if you have previous experience of:
Working in any of the verticals Automotive, Telecom, and “Bank, Finance & Insurance”
SaaS and or software industry
High growth, scale up environment
