The Partner Sales team within Scrive works together with various external partners to drive revenue for Scrive. As our Partner Sales Manager you will thrive in a team-oriented environment, and enjoy working cross-functionally with internal teams to expand our growth with partners. You will be a driving force in creating and developing successful collaborations with our partners.
We have offices in Denmark, Norway, Munich and Amsterdam and our HQ is in Stockholm. If you’re located in any of these locations you can work from there, but we apply a flexible work model. You will report to the VP of Channel.
Your challenge This role is responsible for working with existing Scrive partners, developing new Partnerships and working with the Scrive direct Sales team to drive revenue. As the Partner Sales Manager, you will be the primary contact for Scrive’s partners and work closely with them to build and develop strong relationships, focused on delivering results.
In your everyday work, you will:
Be the primary contact for Scrive’s existing and new partners, with a focus to build strong relationships that drive sales revenue and optimize joint success.
Lead new partner acquisition by identifying and reaching out to potential partners, as well as working with inbound partner prospects, negotiating and signing agreements with these partners.
Work with cross functional internal teams such as support, marketing, product, legal and operations at Scrive to onboard, support and develop strong partner relationships delivering an exceptional partner experience.
Set up and regularly follow up on annual partner business plans, with clearly defined goals and measurable business metrics.
Lead and coordinate competence development to ensure partner success when it comes to driving new pipeline and selling Scrive solutions.
Who you are To succeed in the role as Partner Sales Manager, you must have following qualifications:
3-5 years of demonstrated experience in driving value based sales with mid and larger enterprise companies, through channel or direct sales.
Experience of working with partner setups
Love to build new relationships
Enjoy technology and have a high technology understanding
Previous experience of working on an international market
Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
Big bonus points if you:
Have experience in SaaS and Telecom, Automotive and Finance & Insurance industry.
Have experience of high growth start-up or scale-up environment
Are fluent in German or Danish
