We’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen our team focusing on existing business. The main focus in this role will be customer growth by building strong relationships, and you will also work with retention and anti-churn of the existing customer base.
You will join a team of 4 Customer Success Managers and you will be reporting to the Head of Existing Business. The position is remote, available to anyone living in the EU, but if you are located in Stockholm you can also come to work at our wonderful HQ office in central Stockholm.
Your challenge ⛰
In your everyday work, you will:
Responsible for identifying and drive new business opportunities in existing customer base
Motivate and challenge customers to develop and grow with Scrive
Manage renewals and proactive & reactive anti-churn work according to a success strategy that you will continuously help to deliver.
Drive onboarding and education of larger customers to successfully get the best value from Scrive.
Strive to steadily increase customer satisfaction, develop new ideas and push the boundaries of the customer’s mindset.
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our products and services.
To succeed in the role as Customer Success Manager, you must have following qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a client-facing, relationship-building, advisory role (could be Customer Success, Account Executive, Consultant Manager and so on).
People skills (meaning: being a great listener, humbleness, and a genuine curiosity to learn more about others)
Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
Valid EU work permit

Experience of working within a Saas company
Experience of high growth/scale up environment
