Scrives marketing team is growing at a high pace and to make the marketing strategy even more efficient we are now recruiting local marketing coordinators for Sweden, Norway, Denmark and The Netherlands.
As a Marketing coordinator you are responsible for operating and developing the local marketing plan, based on the overall marketing strategy. You will have the role as the project manager when rolling out local campaigns and events. The role is broad, where you will be both operational, booking events and strategic, setting up a strategy for how to get the most out of the activity.
In this role you will join a newly started Marcomms team that will include five local Marketing coordinators and the Global Marketing & Communication lead. You will work closely with your team where you will be your local market´s voice and you will collaborate with the local Country manager to make sure that you are aligned on how you best support the sales efforts.
You will be located at our office in Oslo and report to our Global Marketing & Communication lead that is located at HQ in Stockholm and have a dotted line to the Country Manager in Norway.
As the local Marketing Coordinator your main responsibility is to own and execute the local marketing plan and act as the spokesperson for your market in the global marketing team.
What you will do:
- Plan, coordinate and execute local marketing campaigns to support the sales teams activities
- Project manager of local events
- Market research
- Localisation and translation of global marketing content
- Proofread and quality assure texts on local website
WHO ARE YOU?
To succeed in the role as Marketing Coordinator, we expect you to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Relevant education within the marketing/event field
- Minimum 3 years of experience from a relevant role within marketing
- Experience from event marketing
- Experience from project management
- Experience from a small company where you worked hands on
- Used to work in a CRM system
- Fluent in English and Norwegian, both in writing and speaking
Big bonus points if you have previous experience of:
- High growth start up or scale up environment
As the local Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible to drive the local marketing plan and to be able to do that successfully we believe that you need to be self-reliant. You are able to independently choose your work methods and make necessary decisions to drive work forward, also when there are no given routines or guidance. You will run several marketing campaigns at the same time and have a timeplan to follow so it will be crucial that you are structured, you plan and organize your own work effectively and you build structures that others can work from. Furthermore you will be responsible for creating your own marketing activities for your specific market so we believe you are creative and are driven by taking initiatives. Last but not least it’s important that you share the team’s result-oriented mindset: you enjoy setting and working both your individual goals and the team’s goals.
