To be able to support Scrives growth strategy the marketing team is now growing with a Paid Media Lead which will have both an operational and strategic role. You will work hands-on with paid social channels and you will analyse numbers to be able to implement the best and most efficient strategy for the paid media. In this role you will lead the Performance team, one SEM Specialist and one Campaign Manager.
As the Paid Media Lead you will join the Marketing team and you will have a close collaboration with the other team leads within the marketing team and also work closely with the Head of Marketing. The role is located at our magnificent head office in central Stockholm, at Grev Turegatan 11 and you will report to the Head of Marketing.
In the role as Paid Media Lead it will be crucial that you coordinate and are aligned with the Head of Marketing and other Team Leaders within the marketing team to make sure that we are optimizing the way we work in the department.
What you will do:
-Lead the daily work of the Performance team
- Lead stand-ups
- Plan sprints
- Monthly reporting
- Optimize budgets, bidding and ads
- Reporting and analyzing
- Develop the partnership & find new ways of delivering results
- Reporting and analyzing of results
- Together with Head of Marketing set up new partnerships
WHO ARE YOU?
To succeed in the role as Paid Media Specialist, we expect you to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience within a Paid Media role
- Experience of having a both operational and strategic role
- Strong communications skills with the ability to clearly communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience from working with Google analytics and facebook ads
Big bonus points if you have previous experience of:
- Experience of leading a team
- High growth start up or scale up environment
