The Partner Sales channel is the team within Scrive that works together with various external partners to drive revenue for Scrive. We are currently expanding our already successful team and the first step is to recruit a Team Lead for our Partner Account Managers. You will manage the two existing Partner Account Managers and in near future, you will also recruit an additional three Partner Account Managers to work with our local markets in Germany, the Netherlands and Norway.
In this role you will, of course, have a close collaboration with the rest of the Partner Sales team members, and you will also work closely with the Direct Sales team. The role is located at our head office at Grev Turegatan 11 in central Stockholm, and you will report to the Head of Channels Sales.
In the role as Team Lead for Partner Account Managers, you are responsible for the development of existing routines and processes to make sure they are scalable and in line with our expansion plan for Partner Sales into more countries. Meanwhile, you will still be operative and run your own partner sales processes in order to close new partnerships.
What you will do:
- Serve as reporting manager for our Partner Account Managers
- Lead and support the Partner Account Managers in their daily work, with 1-2-1:s, follow up, target and strategy setting, etc.
- Create and run your own partner sales processes
- Together with your team, build the "Playbook" for how to work with prospecting and sales processes in our different markets
- Manage and develop the collaboration with Scrive direct sales in the different markets
WHO ARE YOU?
To succeed in the role as Team Lead for Partner Account Managers, we expect you to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Several years of demonstrated sales and Partner channel experience in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of building profitable partnerships
- 3-5 years experience in a Team lead role
- Previous working on an international market
- Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
Big bonus points if you
- Have previous experience of high growth start-up or scale-up environment
- Are fluent in german
Since the role of Team Lead Partner Account Managers means leading and managing a team, we believe you have a sense of responsibility for the allover result and for creating structure and activities that align individuals. We also believe that you are highly result-oriented, where you break down goals into short term targets and make plans to reach them. To be able to expand the Partner team you need to be able to identify and formulate long-term organizational goals and to create aligned activities accordingly. In other words, you need to be strategic. A key to success in this role is the ability to build relationships, both with our partners but also internally with different Scrive departments and individuals. Last but not least, you are driven by taking initiatives and creating new and improved up ways of working.
