Since 2014.

Why Scrive?
I strongly believe in the idea of e-signing and digitalisation plus being part of a journey (almost) from the beginning really excites me.

How would you describe Scrive as a workplace?
Scrive is growing a lot so you will never get bored and of course all the amazing colleagues make Scrive a great place for working, growing and learning.

What distinguishes Scrive compared to its competitors?
I don't really know what our competitors are doing but a lot of our customers choose us because we listen and they trust us. Scrive is the perfect mix between a startup and enterprise.

 

Meet Magdalena

How long have you been working at Scrive?
I've been at Scrive since November 2020 - and time really flies by when you're having fun!

Why Scrive?
Firstly, because I wanted to join a fast growing tech company that has a product I believe in. Secondly, because I wanted to be at a company where I have the possibility to have a part in building the way we work. Since Scrive grows at a fast pace, you really get the opportunity to co-create and co-drive this journey - the opportunities are endless!

How would you describe Scrive as a workplace?
Scrive is filled with caring, smart and passionate people. Since I joined Scrive during the pandemic, I've only met a handful of people live, and even if I'd like to have met all 140 colleagues in person, I must say the inclusion is as good as it can be during a pandemic. People are helpful, including and easy to be around. We're a scale-up with a start-up culture - in a a good way!

What distinguishes Scrive compared to its competitors?
As a people person I'm a firm believer of that the people are the one that distinguish companies from one another. On top of that we're e-signature pioneers in the Nordics and have a cool product, but nothing of it would be possible without the people co-driving the company's development!

How long have you been working at Scrive? 
I’ve been at Scrive since February 2018. Feels like it was years and years ago, especially as we added more than 100 new colleagues since then!

Why Scrive?
Before I joined Scrive it was due to the fact I had previous experience from the impact our services make for our customers, creating so many benefits, most of them non-obvious from a first glimpse. However now three years later it's all about the people. I’ve had the benefit to work within various teams in the organisation and being surrounded with such amazing individuals is what have made me thrive.

How would you describe Scrive as a workplace?
Encouraging and supportive. Even though the “start-up” era might be over the mindset is still there. There is always someone to ask and people proactively contributing cross departments. 

What distinguishes Scrive compared to its competitors?
Acting customer-centric rather than technology-centric, living our core values and our leaders actively contributing in the day-to-day operations. They are living proof of leading by example.

2,5 years.

Why Scrive?
I started at Scrive for its potential to grow as an important player in the digitalisation space and because I am a tech-savvy and futuristic lawyer and wanted to work in the field of legal technology.

How would you describe Scrive as a workplace?
Scrive gives its employees the opportunity to professionally grow and develop constantly. The work at Scrive is fast paced and requires a lot of quick, flexible and creative thinking. You need to be ready to solve problems on a daily basis, which means understanding legal/compliance demands, responding to business needs and having the technical knowledge. Being agile and multi-talented is what defines Scrive employees. If you are the same person (professionally) as you were 6 months ago, you are probably not at Scrive. 

What distinguishes Scrive compared to its competitors?
Scrive’s customer centricity and legal expertise are two of the things that distinguish it from its competitors. Scrive is also one of the oldest players in the electronic signature field, proving to be a visionary and pioneer. We have long-term relationship with all our customers. One important reason for that is our reliability and our culture of integrity and transparency.

How long have you been working at Scrive? 
I started at Scrive 1st of December.

Why Scrive?
I have been attracted to digital e- signing for a while and was impressed with Scrive's growth, journey and ambitions to stay on the path as the Nordic leader of e-signing.

How would you describe Scrive as a workplace? 
Very good! I learn a lot of new things, I get challenged, I get to be part of decisions and my colleagues across national borders takes good care of me.

What distinguishes Scrive compared to its competitors?
Our unik products and technologies, customer care, and our excitement for what we do for a living every single day. I have never meet a colleague yet that does not show hunger and excitement for their work.
