We are looking for a Senior Integrations Developer with expertise as a fullstack developer specializing in Node.js, React, and TypeScript to join our team. You will play a critical part in ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our integration solutions while driving innovation and supporting the team with technical expertise. 🚀

This position can be performed remotely and is open to anyone residing within the EU. If you are located near one of our offices (Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Berlin, Brno), you’re warmly invited to work on-site or in a hybrid capacity, should you prefer. The team you will be joining is based in Stockholm, with most team members working fully remote and others in a hybrid setup.

Your mission

In the role as a Senior Integrations Developer, you are responsible for creating and maintaining robust, scalable, and innovative integration solutions that align with Scrive’s strategic goals. This role extends beyond implementation to high-level architectural decision-making, mentoring, and continuous optimization. You will be working on integrations from start to finish (end-to-end), with the freedom to make your own choices throughout the process—and the responsibility that comes with those decisions. In your everyday work, you will:

• Maintain existing services and integrations and/or build new ones.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in integration processes.

• Design, maintain, and optimize integration architecture to ensure performance and scalability.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute integration strategies.

• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve integration processes.

• Resolve complex integration issues, manage priorities, and deliver future-proof solutions.

Who we think you are

• Extensive experience in fullstack development, including architecture and optimization.

• You have experience in JavaScript & TypeScript

• You have experience working with Node.js, Express.js, React, and PostgreSQL.

• Proven ability to deliver scalable and robust solutions in complex systems.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical strategies to stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.

• A proactive approach to mentoring and fostering growth within your team.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• EU work permit or EU citizenship is a requirement
