We are looking for a Business Applications Architect to join our Revenue Operations team. You will be part of a team of three, reporting directly to our Head of Revenue Operations. This is a cross-functional role where you will collaborate closely with departments such as Finance, Data, Product, Engineering, and Revenue.

You can either be located at one of our offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Berlin, or Oslo (hybrid setup) or work fully remotely from anywhere within the EU.

The opportunity
As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you’ll architect, build and optimize our core business applications—Salesforce (CRM), CPQ, Billing System, and Accounting/ERP system. You’ll lead the replacement of our billing infrastructure end to end: evaluating options, driving implementation and managing migration to deliver robust, highly automated processes.

In your everyday work, your responsibilities will include:

• Architecture & Development: Design, develop and maintain CRM, CPQ, Billing and ERP landscapes

• Billing Operations: Own invoicing, reconciliation and billing reporting workflows

• Salesforce Development: Lead Apex coding, declarative configuration and admin tasks

• Custom Integrations & Middleware: Build custom integrations between our business applications when the out-of-the-box integrations doesn’t cut it.

• Point-to-point Integrations: Build point‑to‑point integrations (e.g. Salesforce ↔ LLM APIs)

• Documentation & Best Practices: Produce clear system docs, process maps and runbooks

Who we think you are
We believe you are a proactive and strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex challenges and collaborating across functions. To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years work experience in similar roles—e.g. Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer, Billing System Product Owner, Solution Architect, or similar

• Proficiency in at least a few of the following languages—Apex, JavaScript, Java or SQL

• Hands‑on experience with billing processes and systems, ERPs/accounting systems, payments is highly desirable

• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related is preferred

• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer) are a plus

• Permanent EU residency or work permit.
