The opportunity
We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and play a key role in sales. This role is an exciting opportunity to impact customer acquisition and strengthen Scrive’s position as a market leader in digital trust solutions.
📌 We’re primarily looking for someone based in Stockholm or Copenhagen, but we’re also open to candidates working remotely from anywhere in Europe or from one of our other Scrive offices (Berlin, Oslo, Amsterdam). You will report to Head of SDR/BDR who is based in Stockholm.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
Proactively engage with inbound and outbound leads to identify potential customers and partners for Scrive’s solutions.
Qualify leads based on their fit and potential, ensuring a smooth handover to the Account Executive team or partner ecosystem.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to create tailored outreach strategies.
Contribute directly to Scrive’s growth and success by building a strong pipeline, optimizing outreach processes, and driving new business opportunities.
What we’re looking for
To succeed in this role, you should have:
1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer outreach, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
Proven track record in SaaS or technology-driven sales, with a strong understanding of customer qualification and engagement.
Closing mentality – you take ownership of the next step in the sales process, actively drive momentum, and ensure outcomes such as booked meetings or smaller intro deals. It’s less about closing large contracts and more about consistently moving the process forward with intention.
Excellent communication skills – able to engage prospects confidently in both Swedish and English (Additional Nordic languages are a plus).
🌟 Bonus points if you have:
Experience with electronic signature, trust services, or automation tools.
Knowledge of compliance-driven industries or experience scaling within a high-growth SaaS company.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital outreach tools.
In this role, we see that you demonstrate strong skills in objection handling, closing sales, time management and client qualification. These skills will play a key role in our assessment and discussions during the recruitment process.
