The opportunity
We’re looking for a Talent & People Generalist to join our People team for a full-time parental leave cover. This is a temporary position starting in March 2026 and running until January 2027.
This 50/50 role combines Talent Acquisition and People Operations, with a focus on strong candidate and employee experiences and great people processes. You’ll join a highly engaged People team that collaborates closely and cares deeply about quality and impact. The team includes 1 Talent & People Generalist, 2 People Partners, 1 Workplace Manager, and the CHRO.
📍 Location: Central Stockholm (minimum 2 office days/week)
📣 Reporting to: CHRO (Stockholm-based)
⏳ Duration: March 2026 – January 2027
What you’ll do
Talent Acquisition
Lead full-cycle recruitment with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Ensure a candidate-centric, professional experience.
Manage timelines, follow-ups, and documentation.
Support inclusive hiring and diverse talent pipelines.
Lead interviews and coach hiring managers on best practices.
Own employer branding within Talent Acquisition and drive improvement initiatives.
People Operations
Own and coordinate onboarding from contract signing through the first weeks at Scrive.
Support Learning & Development initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
Drive and support people-related projects, ensuring structure and follow-through.
Track project plans, deadlines, and stakeholder communication.
Improve and document processes, guidelines, and ways of working.
Maintain employee data and workflows in HiBob.
Support HR documentation, contracts, and compliance.
What we’re looking for
You are structured, collaborative, and comfortable owning a broad role. You bring:
Strong time management skills and ability to balance a 50/50 role.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment and interview processes.
Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
Experience improving onboarding and people processes.
Comfort supporting projects, policies, and HR administration.
Clear, respectful communication and curiosity for the bigger picture.
🌟 Bonus: Confident use of AI tools to improve efficiency or quality.
Strong skills in time management, stakeholder management, and communication will be key focus areas in the recruitment process.
