The opportunity
We are now increasing speed even further and are therefore looking for an Expansion Account Executive to strengthen our team working with expanding the commitment from our existing customers.
The Expansion Account Executives main focus is to expand our current customers commitment. In this role, you’ll work with a diverse customer base - ranging from small businesses to large enterprises - to identify untapped potential, increase product usage, and drive additional revenue. As we aim to be the most customer-centric and value-adding partner in our industry, we’ve found that the key is to continuously support our customers in their digitization journey. That’s exactly what this role is about.
You’ll join a small, collaborative team and work closely with Customer Success, Legal, Development, and Implementation to create value for our customers and help them scale with Scrive. You will report to our Head of Existing Business.
📍 We are primarily looking for a person based in Stockholm, but we are open for the right person located in another market as well. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
What you will do
As an Expansion Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind growing our existing customer base. You will:
Build Your Pipeline: Proactively identify growth opportunities within your territory to build and manage a robust, high-performing pipeline.
Own the Full Sales Lifecycle: Navigate complex sales processes by identifying customer pain points and articulating the high-level value of our solutions.
Orchestrate Internal Expertise: Lead cross-functional teams—including Implementation Specialists, Project Managers, and Legal—to close large-scale, strategic deals.
Engage Stakeholders: Build rapport and navigate parallel workstreams with diverse personas, from IT Executives to Legal and C-suite Sales leaders.
Demonstrate Value: Conduct high-impact product demos, webinars, and executive presentations that bridge the gap between technical capability and business ROI.
Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure continuous over-achievement of revenue targets.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a high-performer who blends a technical mindset with an unstoppable inner drive. To succeed in this role, you should have:
1–3 years of proven success in B2B sales, with a consistent track record of quota over-achievement.
Technical Aptitude: You are either technically skilled or possess a deep curiosity to understand complex technical architectures and how our solution integrates within them.
The "Value Architect" Skillset: You can master a challenging technical discussion while simultaneously "painting the picture" of the specific business value Scrive delivers.
Intentionality & Curiosity: You don’t just follow a process; you are intentional with your approach and have a natural desire to learn and improve.
Linguistic Fluency: Professional fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken) is required.
🌟 Bonus points if you have:
A background in SaaS or AI environments.
A formal technical background or education.
Experience in Inside Sales or navigating high-growth, fast-paced environments.
An established personal network at the C-Level.
