Join Scrive and be part of an international, fast-growing company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. Collaborate with smart, caring, and driven colleagues across Europe as we shape the Scrive story. 🚀
The opportunity
We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping how thousands of businesses create, sign, and manage agreements. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own end-to-end user journeys across our core product surfaces. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high quality outcomes across the product portfolio, and contribute to the design system that ties it all together.
📍 The role will be based in Stockholm/Remote, and you will report to Head of Product Design who is based in Stockholm.
As a Senior Product Designer you will:
Lead design for agreement management workflows – shaping how users create, send, track, and manage documents across the entire agreement lifecycle.
Design problem-solving features – designing features that solve real user and business problems, some of which will use AI, and your job is to translate complex or automated capabilities into clear, trustworthy user experiences.
Collaborate closely in a product trio – working alongside Product Management and Engineering from discovery through delivery, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Elevate our design foundations and team practices – contributing to the design system by extending components and defining patterns, while influencing product direction and raising the bar for the team through mentorship and design critique.
What we’re looking for
To succeed in this role, you should have:
5+ years of experience in product design, with a track record of owning complex, end-to-end user journeys.
Proven track record in B2B or workflow-heavy products - applying a systems mindset where you think in scalable patterns, not just individual screens.
Strong UX and visual design skills – combined with a high proficiency in Figma.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills – enabling you to work cross-functionally and influence product direction effectively.
A forward-thinking approach – you are comfortable using AI to speed up the discovery and delivery of your work without losing sight of quality.
Proven ability to influence product direction and raise the quality bar across the team – using mentorship, critique, and strong design practices to shape how design work happens beyond your own scope.
🌟 Bonus points if you have:
Industry knowledge: Familiarity with document management, contract workflows, or legal tech.
Design system expertise: Deep experience contributing to maintaining, or working within a comprehensive design system.
In this role, we see that you demonstrate strong skills in owning complex end-to-end user journeys, contributing to and scaling the design system, simplifying complex workflows into intuitive experiences, and driving quality from discovery through delivery. These skills will play a key role in our assessment and discussions during the recruitment process.
Don’t meet every single requirement? Apply anyway! Studies show that women and people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every qualification. At Scrive, we value diverse perspectives and encourage anyone who is excited about this role to apply.
