The opportunity
We are now increasing speed even further and are therefore looking for an Expansion Account Executive to strengthen our team working with expanding the commitment from our existing customers.
The Expansion Account Executives main focus is to expand our current customers commitment. In this role, you’ll work with a diverse customer base - ranging from small businesses to large enterprises - to identify untapped potential, increase product usage, and drive additional revenue. As we aim to be the most customer-centric and value-adding partner in our industry, we’ve found that the key is to continuously support our customers in their digitization journey. That’s exactly what this role is about.
You’ll join a small, collaborative team and work closely with Customer Success, Legal, Development, and Implementation to create value for our customers and help them scale with Scrive. The role can be based in either Stockholm or Copenhagen (fluency in Swedish and English is required for both locations, proficiency in Danish is a requirement if based in Copenhagen). You will report to our Head of Existing Business.
What you will do:
Engage with various stakeholders, navigating parallel processes with different personas such as Sales, Legal and IT-executives
Manage the full sales process by involving appropriate internal resources such as Implementation specialists, Project Managers, Legal expertise, etc
Hold product demos and webinars, coordinates in-house exhibitions and presentations, top management events and meetings
Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on existing business, targeting suitable accounts
Work closely together with the sales and customer success team to build and grow a sales pipeline to ensure continuous over-achievement
What we’re looking for
To succeed in the role of a Expansion Account Executive, we expect you to meet the following minimum qualifications:
1-3 years track record of continuous quota overachievement in B2B-sales
Technical interest, you have the ability to hold a “technical discussion”
You are fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
- Language skills adapted to your location:
If you're based in Stockholm, fluency in Swedish is required and proficiency in Danish is a strong plus.
If you're based in Copenhagen, you need to be fluent in Swedish and proficient in Danish - full fluency is not a must, but you should be able to comfortably understand and be understood in both languages.

Experience in SaaS
CRM application sales or similar experience
Doing Inside Sales
A good personal network on a C-Level
