The primary focus of the Account Executive role is to acquire new customers in the Mid-large segments. There are clear goals and processes and we'll give you all the tools you need to get up and running. As an Account Executive, you will join our newly revamped New Business team, becoming a very important player for Scrive’s continued success. The role is located at our HQ in Stockholm where we apply a flexible remote work model. You will be reporting directly to our Head of New Business.
The Opportunity
The Account Executive main focus is to acquire new customers. When a deal is closed, the customer is taken care of by our Customer Success team for on-boarding and adoption. You will be a part of our Sales team focusing on acquiring customers internationally.
What you will do:
Engage with various stakeholders, navigating parallel processes with different personas such as Sales, Legal and IT-executives
Manage the full sales process by involving appropriate internal resources such as Implementation specialists, Project Managers, Legal expertise, etc
Hold product demos and webinars, attend events, always looking out for new exciting relationships and opportunities
Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business, targeting new accounts
Collaborate with our Sales Development Representatives to make sure we focus on the right leads and prioritise the right meetings to ensure that we reach our KPIs
What we’re looking for
We expect you to meet the following minimum qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in B2B-sales
Experience from complex solution selling
You are comfortable using both Swedish and English in your daily work, and can communicate effectively in writing and speaking
🌟 Bonus points if you have:
Experience in SaaS
Been working in a high-growth working environment
Fluent in other Nordic languages is a bonus point but not a requirement
