As part of our growing product organisation, you’ll join a diverse and collaborative team working on solutions that make a real difference in our customers’ daily operations.
We work in cross-functional teams (squads) and use modern tools like Productboard, Figma, and Pendo.io. You’ll report to the Group Product Manager and work closely with engineering, product design, and go-to-market teams. We're looking for someone based in Stockholm, Copenhagen or Berlin.
The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and structured Product Manager for Integrations to take ownership of a growing portfolio of native integrations that connect our platform with the tools our customers use every day.
These include CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, document management tools like SharePoint and Google Drive, and workflow tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
In this role, you will:
Own and manage the roadmap for our native integration portfolio.
Work closely with customers and commercial teams to identify integration needs and pain points, and drive the development of new standard integrations.
Define requirements and collaborate with engineering to scope and deliver new integration features.
Support go-to-market teams with product documentation, training, and launch readiness.
Maintain and improve existing integrations, balancing tech quality and usability.
Collaborate with internal teams on packaging, pricing, and positioning of integrations.
Track integration usage and gather feedback to guide continuous improvement.
Collaborate with external consultancy firms that build and maintain selected outsourced integrations, ensuring quality, alignment, and timely delivery.
What we're looking for
You don’t need to have all the answers on day one, but we’re looking for someone curious, structured, and eager to grow. Ideally, you bring:
1–3 years of experience in a product-related role (e.g. Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst)
An understanding of SaaS platforms and B2B user needs
Experience working with APIs, integrations, or workflow tools is a strong plus
Strong collaboration and communication skills
A structured approach to discovery, documentation, and decision-making
Fluency in English (Nordic languages, German or Dutch are a plus)
